Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the yoursaunamoment.com website (the "Service") and purchasing the eBook "Beyond the Heat: Transform Your Home Sauna into a Personal Sanctuary" (the "Product") operated by Pro-Fons Arrabona Kft. ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service and purchasing the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. Intellectual Property

The Service, the Product, and all its original content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pro-Fons Arrabona Kft. and its author, Ákos Birtha. The Product is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Hungary and foreign countries.

Upon purchase, you are granted a single, non-transferable, personal license to access and read the Product for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, share, modify, or create derivative works from the Product without our express written consent.

2. Product Purchase and Access

The Product is a digital eBook. To access the full content of the eBook, you must complete a one-time purchase.

2.A. Preview

To help you make an informed purchasing decision, we provide a free sample of the Product. To receive the sample, you must provide your email address and consent to join our mailing list, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. The free sample is delivered electronically via email.

2.B. Product Purchase and Access

Payment: All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service.

Delivery: Upon successful payment confirmation, the Product (eBook file in PDF format) will be delivered electronically to the email address you provided during checkout. The digital file may be personalized with a watermark containing your purchase information using a service like PDF.co.

2.C. Pricing and Taxes

All prices for the Product displayed on the Service are net prices, exclusive of any applicable taxes. The final price, including the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) or other sales tax, will be calculated and displayed to you on the secure checkout screen before you complete your purchase. This final price is dependent on your country of residence, as tax obligations for digital products vary by location.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate, digital nature of the Product, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

This policy does not affect any mandatory statutory rights, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers residing within the European Union, which you may exercise by contacting us.

  • Content Guidelines: Follow guidelines on Originality, Authenticity, and Community Respect (no nudity, etc.).

  • Right to Reshare: By using our hashtags on public profiles, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reshare your content on our official social media channels with credit.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts located in Győr, Hungary.
