Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use Stripe, one of the largest and most trusted payment processors in the world. All payments are made by credit card. Your financial details are encrypted and processed directly by Stripe, meaning we never see or store your sensitive card information on our servers.

My payment failed. What should I do?

If your payment was declined, please double-check that you have entered all your payment information (card number, expiration date, and CVC) correctly. If the details are correct, the issue may be with your bank. We recommend contacting your bank or card provider to ensure there are no restrictions on the transaction.

The payment was successful, but I haven't received my eBook. Where is it?

Your eBook is sent automatically to the email address you provided during checkout. This email should arrive within 2-3 minutes of your successful payment. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails sometimes end up there by mistake. If it is still not there, send a message below with the purchase details (email address, time of purchase), and it will be checked as soon as possible.

How do I get an invoice for my purchase?

An invoice is automatically generated and sent to the same email address you used at checkout. This email will contain your invoice details, including the buyer's name and address provided. If you entered company data (like a business name or VAT number) during checkout, those details will be included on the invoice. If you have special requirements for your invoice (e.g., adding specific information not requested at checkout), please send a message via the form below with your order details (email address, time of purchase).

I can't open or view the file. What should I do?

The file you receive is a standard PDF, which should open on any modern device. It does not require any special software. If you are having trouble viewing it, please ensure you are using a standard PDF reader. We recommend downloading the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is the most popular and reliable reader available for all desktop and mobile devices.
